  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • In a blender add banana, mango chunks, quinoa, hemp hearts, spinach, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
  • To help save time, you can premake this smoothie and freeze it into ice cube trays or make into popsicle for easy on the go breakfast.
