Strawberry & Jasmine Wine Cocktail

  • 1 strawberry
  • 2 ounces jasmine liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Splash simple syrup
  • 5 ounces Rosé Wine
  • Ice
  • Edible Flower

  • You only need one strawberry for this cocktail but, c'mon, let's get this party started. It's springtime and we are going to celebrate! In a mixing glass, muddle one strawberry with 1 ounce of the jasmine liqueur. Seriously, smash the hell out of it, like Hulk Smash!
  • Add the remaining liqueur, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, a splash of simple syrup, 5 oz off-dry rosé wine, and ice. Stir to combine.
  • Strain into a martini glass, garnishing with an edible flower. Be sure to check out my post on flowers you can eat. Enjoy!
