Prep Time5 minsTotal Time5 mins

Instructions

1

You only need one strawberry for this cocktail but, c'mon, let's get this party started. It's springtime and we are going to celebrate! In a mixing glass, muddle one strawberry with 1 ounce of the jasmine liqueur. Seriously, smash the hell out of it, like Hulk Smash!

2

Add the remaining liqueur, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, a splash of simple syrup, 5 oz off-dry rosé wine, and ice. Stir to combine.

3

Strain into a martini glass, garnishing with an edible flower. Be sure to check out my post on flowers you can eat.

Enjoy!
