Halloween Yogurt Parfait with Pineapple & Oranges

Start celebrating Halloween with this festive and healthy breakfast. This candy corn inspired yogurt parfait is bursting with pineapple, citrus, and vanilla yogurt. A healthy start before all that trick or treating.

Ingredients

32 ounces vanilla yogurt, divided three ways
20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
Yellow food coloring
Red food coloring

  1. Add 1/3 of the vanilla yogurt called for in this recipe into a mixing bowl.  

     
  2. Add in 5 drops of yellow food coloring and 5 drops of red food coloring, then mix it all together.  

     
  3. Drain an 11 ounce can of mandarin oranges and add the fruit into the bowl.  

     
  4. Mix the ingredients around until the mandarin oranges are fully covered.  

     
  5. Set aside the orange yogurt mixture. 

     
  6. Add another 1/3 of the vanilla yogurt into a mixing bowl, along with 3 drops of yellow food coloring and mix it together.  

     
  7. Drain a 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks and add the pineapple into the bowl.  

     
  8. Fold the ingredients together until the pineapple chunks are fully coated.  

     
  9. Transfer the yellow yogurt and pineapple mixture into your serving cups.  

     
  10. Add the orange yogurt and mandarin orange mixture on top of the yellow.  

     
  11. Add in the remainder of the vanilla yogurt onto the top of each of your serving cups.  

     
  12. Enjoy!
