Ingredients
- 32 ounces vanilla yogurt, divided three ways
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
- 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- Yellow food coloring
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- Add 1/3 of the vanilla yogurt called for in this recipe into a mixing bowl.
- Add in 5 drops of yellow food coloring and 5 drops of red food coloring, then mix it all together.
- Drain an 11 ounce can of mandarin oranges and add the fruit into the bowl.
- Mix the ingredients around until the mandarin oranges are fully covered.
- Set aside the orange yogurt mixture.
- Add another 1/3 of the vanilla yogurt into a mixing bowl, along with 3 drops of yellow food coloring and mix it together.
- Drain a 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks and add the pineapple into the bowl.
- Fold the ingredients together until the pineapple chunks are fully coated.
- Transfer the yellow yogurt and pineapple mixture into your serving cups.
- Add the orange yogurt and mandarin orange mixture on top of the yellow.
- Add in the remainder of the vanilla yogurt onto the top of each of your serving cups.
