Ingredients
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup pine nuts, 3 cloves of garlic and 1/2 cup avocado oil to a food processor and blend.
- Add in 1 tsp sea salt and 2 cups of fresh cilantro, then blend together.
- There you have it...fresh cilantro pesto!
