Cilantro Pesto

If you love Mexican food than you are going to love this pesto recipe. This cilantro pesto uses avocado oil, pine nuts and is completely vegan.

  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro chopped

  • Add 1/2 cup pine nuts, 3 cloves of garlic and 1/2 cup avocado oil to a food processor and blend.
  • Add in 1 tsp sea salt and 2 cups of fresh cilantro, then blend together.
  • There you have it...fresh cilantro pesto!
