Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 3 ounces broccoli
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 8 red onion slices
- 1/3 cup corn
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Add broccoli and olive oil to a chopper or blender and mix until you have a nice pesto sauce. You may have to add a little more olive oil just so the pesto will actually spread easily on the dough.
- Lay out your pizza dough.
- Spread the marinara sauce on top of the dough.
- Add on a few scoops of broccoli pesto and spread those around.
- Add on the mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle the corn kernels on top.
- Add on the red onion slices.
- Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the crust kind of rises, the cheese melts and gets a little brown.
- When it's done, take it out of the oven. Slice and serve.
