Broccoli Pesto & Corn Pizza Recipe

Love pizza and veggies? This is the recipe for you! Using a homemade broccoli pesto, corn, and red onion, this pizza pie is loaded with veggie goodness.



1 pound pizza dough
3 ounces broccoli
1/3 cup olive oil
8 red onion slices
1/3 cup corn
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

22 minutes

Recipe Type:
  1. Add broccoli and olive oil to a chopper or blender and mix until you have a nice pesto sauce. You may have to add a little more olive oil just so the pesto will actually spread easily on the dough.  

  2. Lay out your pizza dough.  

  3. Spread the marinara sauce on top of the dough.  

  4. Add on a few scoops of broccoli pesto and spread those around. 

  5. Add on the mozzarella cheese.  

  6. Sprinkle the corn kernels on top.  

  7. Add on the red onion slices.  

  8. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the crust kind of rises, the cheese melts and gets a little brown.  

  9. When it's done, take it out of the oven. Slice and serve.
