In this recipe, you'll learn how to make a tasty holiday cocktail with roasted cranberries, ginger, and lime. This stubborn mule (a Moscow mule with Bourbon), was inspired by NSYNC bandmate Lance Bass and his Just Add X mixers. Oh, and there is an interview with Lance himself!

Ingredients
Roasted Cranberries
2cups cranberries
1tablespoon Just Add X Stubborn Mule Mixer
2tablespoons sugar
Cranberry & Jalapeno Moscow Mule
4.5ounces Just Add X Stubborn Mule Mixer, divided
2ounces club soda
2ounces Bourbon
1slice Jalapeno
2tablespoons roasted cranberries, divided
Lime wedges
Fresh Mint
Instructions
Roasted Cranberries: Toss cranberries with Just Add X Stubborn Mule Mixer until fully coated. Add sugar and toss until all cranberries are covered. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 200 degrees F for 15 minutes. While the cranberries are roasting, be sure to watch the video above to see my interview with Lance Bass.
Let cranberries cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon roasted cranberries to a collins glass with a slice of jalapeno and a tablespoon of Just Add X Stubborn Mule Mixer. Muddle.
Fill the glass ⅔ full with crushed ice.
Add the remaining 3 ounces of Jax, 2 ounces bourbon, top off with 2 ounces club soda. Top with another tablespoon of roasted cranberries, fresh mint, and lime for garnish.
