Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by dicing up the strawberries. I admit, it is a bit of a pain cutting up strawberries this small, so I wouldn't suggest making a Costco-sized serving of this stuff. Only make it for a few people... just the ones you like the most. This is the foodie version of being sponge-worthy. FACT: Did you know that the strawberry is not actually a berry? Yup. They been lying to you your whole life. Berries hide their seeds on the inside. Usually, I only like being lied to by the people I am sleeping with, but I forgive you strawberry. I forgive you.
    Diced Strawberries 1
  • Jalapeno 3
  • Chopped Red Onion 10
  • Chop up the remaining ingredients. You'll want 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, a jalapeno pepper (minced), and the juice from half of a lime.
    Making Strawberry Guacamole 1
  • Slice, pit, and scoop out the avocado and mash it up. Add in the strawberries, and remaining ingredients, and fold together. Don't over do it as you don't wanna make the strawberries all mushy. It will still be tasty but it will looks gross and probably turn your guac brown.
  • Salt to taste and enjoy!
