Okay, so you've seen a plethora of mango recipes on Cooking Stoned this week, right? I do love mango and they are in season but here is the real reason: I happened upon a huge box of them for $12 last week and I been eating mangos ever since.
So, I am just sharing.
This salad recipe uses my
Marinated Mozzarella Cheese which is bursting with lime, cilantro and basil--yum! It goes so well with the grilled mangos that it is bound to be a favorite.
