At 14.2% alcohol, this rosé has my name all over it. While $18.00 is a touch higher than what I would normally pay for Rosé, good wine is a good wine. And this wine is good!
This rosé goes best with a hot summer day, like a weekend pool party filled with lots of good laughs and even fewer bathing suits. #justsaying
And the story behind D’Anbino is as fascinating as their wine is tasty. They have roots in the entertainment industry and often bring their love of live music to their tasting room. In fact, sometimes the owning families themselves can be caught on stage playing instruments or singing their hearts out. D’Anbino was started by two brothers, John D’Andrea and Carmine Rubino, who combined their names to create this fun and wonderful family business.
The D’Anbino clan believes in being kind to the Earth and is currently SIP Certified. They plan on extending these efforts and are currently looking into going biodynamic. If you want the experience of a small family owned and operated winery in Paso Robles, D’Anbino is the perfect place to start. Cheers!
