Funny thing, this recipe came to me in a dream. I woke up salivating, craving creamy and crunchy stuffed Brussels sprouts–a dish I’ve never had. I wondered if I had read it somewhere, so I spent a few hours on the Googler. Nope. This was divine intervention.
